Ismaily secured their biggest win this season after hammering Ragaa 5-0 to cement their position on top of the Egyptian Premier League table on Wednesday.
The first half ended goalless but Ismaily came out with all guns blazing in the second half, netting five goals without reply to continue their impressive run this season.
Defender Mohamed Sadek opened the scoring four minutes after the break with a composed finish before in-form winger Ibrahim Hassan put the result beyond doubt with two goals in the 55th and 75th minutes.
Colombian striker Diego Calderon made it 4-0 in the 80th minute, rounding the keeper and slotting into an empty net for his eighth goal of the season.
Moussa Camara completed the rout with three minutes remaining.
Ismaily are on the top of the table with 37 points, seven clear of second-placed Ahly who still have three matches in hand.
The Dervishes won the last of their three league titles in 2002.
