Ahly coach Patrice Carteron says the return of injured players will have a positive impact on the team ahead of facing Algeria's ES Sétif on 23 October.
The Reds will be visiting the Algerian team in the return match of the CAF Champions League semi-final. Ahly won 2-0 in the first leg in Cairo on 2 October.
"All players are equally important for me. The return of injured players is very good for the team," Carteron was quoted as saying by Ahly's official website on Wednesday.
Midfielder Hossam Ashour, right-back Ahmed Fathy, centre-back Saad Samir and winger Medo Gaber have returned to training after recovering from their different injuries. They also featured in Tuesday's 6-0 friendly win against second division club Telecom Egypt.
Carteron also said that he is very satisfied with what the team did in the first match in Cairo, adding that "the return match will be difficult, but I hope that we continue achieving our targets in the tournament."
Holders Ahly are currently at ninth place in the Egyptian Premier League with 11 points from six matches, six points behind leaders Zamalek, who played two matches more.
