The Egyptian Football Association's disciplinary committee imposed heavy penalties on Pyramids FC players after Ahly's stoppage-time 2-1 victory last Thursday.
Five key players have been handed a three-game ban following a heated argument with referee Ibrahim Nour El-Din who waved the red card three times to three Pyramids FC players.
Ahmed Ayman Mansour, Ragab Bakar, Ali Gabr, Islam Eissa, and Omar Gaber have been suspended and fined EGP 50,000.
Pyramids FC, who are fifth on the Egyptian Premier League table, will face runners-up Arab Contractors on Tuesday.
Ahly's football director Sayed Abdel-Hafiz was suspended for one match and fined EGP 50,000 for the same reasons.
