A second-half goal from Moemen Zakareya fired Enppi to the top of Group A on Tuesday after they beat Ghazl El-Mahala 1-0 in the Egyptian Premier League on Tuesday.
The former Masri midfielder struck the winner in the 52nd minute after converting a penalty to help ENPPI claim all three points and extend Mahala's winless streak to four games.
The visitors managed to keep ENPPI's defence on their toes for the rest of the game but failed to restore parity.
Enppi overtook Ahly at the top of the group with 19 points, one ahead of the Red Devils who still have two games in hand.
El-Entag El-Harby will host Dakhleya later on Tuesday.
