Zamalek keeper Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed and winger Hazem Emam will miss Tuesday's Egyptian league game against Talae El-Gaish as they have not yet recovered from injuries that sidelined them from the two opening matches of the season.
The two players have been ruled out of the team's squad since the start of the domestic league. The veteran keeper suffered a knee injury while Emam was hit with a recurrent groin injury.
Despite a good start in the league with a 2-0 win over Masry, Zamalek slumped to a 1-0 home defeat against Ismaily on Thursday.
The White Knights are now fifth on the league table with three points, six behind group leaders Ismaily who have nine points. The team face Talae El-Gueich on Tuesday.
