The Egyptian Football Association has unveiled a five-man shortlist for Egypt's coach job following the sacking of Shawky Gharib

Herve Renard

Nationality: French

Born: 30 September, 1968

Playing career: AS Cannes, Stade de Vallauris, SC Draguignan (France)    

Current job: Coach of Ivory Coast

Teams managed: SC Draguignan, AS Cherbourg, FC Sochaux (France), Cambridge United (England), USM Alger (Algeria), Zambia, Angola, Ivory Coast

Achievements: Won the African Cup of Nations with Zambia in 2012 and Ivory Coast in 2015

Uli Stielike

Nationality: German

Born: 15 November, 1954

Playing career: Borussia Monchengladbach (German), Real Madrid (Spain), Neuchatel Xamax (Switzerland)      

Current job: Coach of South Korea

Teams managed: Switzerland, Neuchatel Xamax, FC Sion (Switzerland), Waldhof Mannheim (Germany), Almeria (Spain), Ivory Coast, Al-Arabi, Al-Sailiya (Qatar), South Korea

Achievements: Led South Korea to a runners-up spot at the 2015 AFC Asian Cup

Frank Rijkaard

Nationality: Dutch

Born: 30 September, 1962

Playing career: Ajax (Holland), Sporting (Portugal), Real Zaragoza (Spain), AC Milan (Italy)

Current job: Unemployed
