Egypt paired with England in U-20 World Cup

Egypt's U-20 African Championship triumph puts them in Group E of the upcoming World Cup along with England

African champions Egypt will play in Group E of the U-20 World Cup along with England, Chile and Iraq.

The young Pharaohs won the U-20 African Championship on Saturday after defeating Ghana 5-4 on penalties following a 1-1 draw.

Group A: Spain, Ghana, United States, France
Group B: South Korea, Nigeria, Cuba, Portugal
Group C: Colombia, Australia, El Salvador, Turkey
Group D: Mexico, Mali, Paraguay, Greece
Group E: Egypt, Iraq, Chile, England
Group F: New Zealand or Fiji, Uzbekistan, Uruguay, Croatia
