Egypt's Mohamed Salah is an English Premier League champion despite joining Fiorentina on loan last January, according to Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
Chelsea secured the Premier League title with 3 games to spare after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 on Sunday.
It was Chelsea's first Premier League title since 2010.
"For me everyone is a champion," Mourinho told reporters.
"Mohamed Salah and Andre Schurrle are not here. They are champions, champions for sure."
Salah, who joined Chelsea in January 2014, was loaned to Italian Serie A side Fiorentina during the last winter transfer window after failing to establish himself at Chelsea, where he made just three appearances this term.
However, the Egyptian international produced a string of impressive displays with Fiorentina to quickly become a fan favourite in Florence. He celebrated the Blues' Premier League title on his twitter account.
"Pemier League champions!!" Salah wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
