Ahmed Elmohamady has scored his maiden Sunderland goal in their Premier League game at home to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
West Bromwich were leading 2-1 in a frantic first-half when a header by Elmohamady brought Sunderland level in the 26th minute, as he notched his first goal since joining the Black Cats in the summer of 2010.
The Egyptian international smashed a powerful header home after connecting with a cross from Nicklas Bendtner.
James Morrison beat defender Wes Brown to head home West Brom's opener after just four minutes and the visitors were 2-0 up one minute later when Shane Long headed in Chris Brunt's curling free kick.
Bendtner scored his first goal for Sunderland since his move from Arsenal in the 24th from a deflected shot. The Denmark striker then crossed for Elmohamady to head in the equalizer two minutes later.
Sunderland, who made a poor start to the season, lie 14th in the 20-team table with six points from seven games.
