Mohamed Elneny (Arsenal)
The midfielder started Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Manchester United. He was replaced by teammate Olivier Giroud on 73 minutes. 

Ramadan Sobhi (Stoke City)
The winger was kept on the bench as Stoke City slumped to a 1-0 loss to AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League. 

Ahmed Elmohamady (Hull City)
The right-back played the full 90 minutes but Hull suffered a 3-0 defeat by Sunderland in the Premier League.

Omar Gaber (Basel)
The right-back was kept on the bench as Basel hammered FC Vaduz 6-0 in the Swiss league. 

Mahmoud 'Trezeguet' Hassan (Royal Excel Mouscron)
The midfielder played the full 90 minutes but Royal Excel Mouscron lost 2-0 to Gent in the Belgian league. 

Sunday 20 November 

Mohamed Salah (AS Roma)
The winger started the game and won the penalty which gave Roma a 1-0 lead over Atalanta when his close-range shot struck the hands of a defender. He also wasted two clear-cut chances before being replaced on 58 minutes, making way for Stephan El Shaarawy, as Atalanta came from behind to claim a 2-1 win.
