Egypt and Roma forward Mohamed Salah has been named AS Roma's Player of the Year for 2016, the Serie A side announced on their official website early on Sunday.
The Serie A giants named Kostas Manolas, Mohamed Salah, Alessandro Florenzi, Diego Perotti, Radja Nainggolan, Edin on a shortlist of nominees before fans selected Egyptian winger Salah.
"Over the past week, we have asked Roma fans to vote in a number of categories, to decide the club's year-end awards," read a statement on the website.
"One of those was for the Giallorossi's best player of 2016 - and the results can now be revealed."
Salah has been one of Roma's key performers since joining the squad from English side Chelsea in August 2015.
The Pharaohs winger scored eight goals with Roma so far this season, scoring 19 goals in all competitions in 2016.
