Egypt winger Amr Warda continued his recent fine run after scoring twice to help Atromitos beat AOK Kerkyra 3-1 in the Greek Super League on Saturday.

Warda scored two quick-fire goals on 59 and 62 minutes and dished out an assist for Theodoros Vasilakakis to add the third in stoppage time.

Atromitos moved top of the table with 30 points but AEK Athens, who are also on 30 points, could overtake them if they beat Apollon Smirnis later in the day.

Warda has now scored eight goals and provided three assists in all competitions with Atromitos since joining on a season-long loan from PAOK in the summer.

The 24-year-old is fifth in the list of goal scorers in the Greek league with five goals.
