Hussein El-Shahat has bagged a hat-trick for UAE side Al-Ain, helping them thrash Ajman 7-0 in the domestic UAE Pro-League at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium on Sunday.

Forward El-Shahat, on a six-month loan from Maqassa to Al-Ain, has opened the scoring in the eighth minute before adding another goal five minutes from the half-hour mark.

He completed the rout eight minutes from time in a game that has also seen him set up two goals – his side's fifth and sixth of the night.

He took his tally with Al-Ain to five goals and six assists in all competitions since joining in January, having also helped them qualify for the Asian Champions League group stage last week.
