Egypt midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou is on the brink of a move to the Qatari League, if a report in Saudi newspaper El-Eqtesadeya is to be believed.
The 28-year-old Ismaily player is on a season-long loan deal with Saudi side Al-Nasr, but local media suggested last week that the club's board won't seek to extend his stay.
The report revealed that Qatari giants Al-Gharafa had made an offer for the former Ahli Dubai (UAE) and Ittihad Jeddah (KSA) player and are preparing a bid for Ismaily.
Abd-Rabou has had a major impact in the Saudi League, playing for Ittihad Jeddah and now Al-Nasr. But he had a falling out with his coach recently after leaving the team earlier than expected to join the Pharaohs preparation camp for last week's world cup qualifier against Zimbabwe.
