Marseille's Ghanaian forward Andre Ayew said on Wednesday he is willing to stay at Marseille if his financial demands are met as he expressed his hope that the negotiations come to a positive conclusion.
The Ghanaian international, who helped the Black Stars reach the Africa Cup of Nations final last week, has reportedly turned down a contract offer with reduced wages from the French giants.
Ayew's contract with Marseille expires this summer and he was strongly linked with a Premier League move as several clubs expressed interest in signing the 25-year-old.
"In my head, everything is open," Ayew told RTL on Wednesday.
"If I must leave then I shall. But I love Marseille. Soon we will meet about it.
Asked about whether he could accept a reduced-wages contract, Ayew hinted at possible refusal.
"A player wants to advance in all aspects," he added.
Ayew has played 139 Ligue 1 matches since his arrival at Marseille in 2010, scoring 38 goals.
