Stoke City's Senegalese striker Mame Biram Diouf said on Tuesday he is happy to make a fine impact in the elite Premier League this season.
The 27-year-old, who joined Stoke from Bundesliga side Hanover last summer, produced a string of impressive displays at Stoke, helping them move ninth in the table with two games remaining.
He scored 11 goals in 32 appearances to become Stoke's top scorer.
"Given that it is my first season in the Premier League, I think it was a good season for me," Diouf was quoted as saying by WIW Sport.
"I am very happy to score 11 goals in my first season."
