Etoile du Sahel's Franck Kom out for two months

The Cameroonian midfielder will miss the rest of the Confederation Cup quarters due to injury

Etoile du Sahel Cameroonian midfielder Franck Kom will be sidelined for around two months after his leg was broken during his side's friendly game against French giants Olympique de Marseille, the Tunisian side announced on Monday.

The international midfielder underwent surgery on Sunday and needs two months of treatment.

Etoile du Sahel are preparing for their upcoming match with Ahly in the Confederation Cup quarters set to be played in Suez on Saturday.

The Tunisian side is leading group (A) with six points, two ahead of second-placed Ahly who have four points.
