Taye Taiwo's agent revealed on Thursday that the Nigerian fullback wants to stay at the San Siro despite his chronic status as a permanent substitute.
“As for his future, he is definitely staying at Milan,” Fabio Parisi told Milan news.
The 26 year-old player moved to Milan the last summer, played only 53 minutes in eight Serie A games, but he played the entire game in Wednesday's Champions League victory over BATE Borisov.
'' His performance was more than positive. That game will give him some confidence," Taiwo's agent added.
“I saw him at the end of the match and he was very happy. The fans gave him an extra push. Let’s hope that he gets a chance to prove himself because the more he plays, the more he will believe.'' the agent concluded.
