Etoile du Sahel's Egyptian striker Amr Marei was on target as the Tunisian side claimed a 4-2 win over Plateau United FC of Nigeria in the Champions League's round of 32 first-leg in Sousse on Tuesday.

The former Enppi striker opened the scoring for Etoile after two minutes with a close-range finish after converting a cross from Alkhaly Bangourato.

The second-leg will be held in Nigeria ten days later.

Earlier in the day, Township Rollers of Botswana got a first leg advantage after stunning Tanzanian side Youn Africans 2-1 at home.
