Tunisia winger Youssef Msakni completed his move from Qatari side Al-Duhail to Eupen on a six-month loan deal, the Belgian side announced on Wednesday.

Msakni had been out for months with a serious knee injury that saw him miss last summer's World Cup.

The 28-year-old was reportedly linked with several Premier League sides including Brighton, Cardiff City and Watford.

Eupen, who are managed by former French midfielder Claude Makelele, lie tenth in the league table with 25 points, 23 behind leaders Genk.
