Ivory Coast giants ASEC booked their place in the round 16 of the CAF Champions League after defeating Zimbabwean champions Motor Action 4-2 on penalties after normal time ended scoreless on Saturday.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) had made it a one leg affair due to security concerns in the Ivory Coast where clashes between rival factions continue after November's presidential elections.
The same decision has been taken concerning all Libyan and Ivorian teams playing in the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederations Cup.
