The announcement was made Tuesday, a day before this year's final featuring both successful South American clubs. The teams drew 0-0 in last week's first leg at Penarol in Uruguay.
Santos says the medals will be sold at price beginning at $3.250 (¤2.280). The proceeds will go to charity.
Pele scored both goals in the final that gave Santos its first title in Latin America's most important club competition. Pele led Santos to its second title the following year, and the Brazilian club can clinch its third on Wednesday at Pacaembu stadium.
