Christian Eriksen grabbed an 83rd-minute winner as Tottenham beat Manchester City 2-1 away to move within two points of English Premier League leader Leicester on Sunday.

It was a second straight home loss for City, which missed a chance to cut into Leicester's lead following its defeat at Arsenal earlier.

Spurs went ahead in the 53rd through Harry Kane from a controversially-awarded penalty, with Raheem Sterling adjudged to have handled as he turned his back to a cross from Danny Rose.

Substitute Kelechi Iheanacho equalized in the 74th, only for Eriksen to race onto Erik Lamela's through-ball and slip a low finish past goalkeeper Joe Hart.
