"I'll do what I must so he stays," Dassier told Canal Plus. "I've seen that the transfer market opened early at Marseille.
"It's a clear undertaking of destabilisation of the club and it must stop."
Dassier added: "I'm convinced that he (Deschamps) will stay with us."
Another coach who has been subject of much transfer rumour is Lyon's Claude Puel, but his club president Jean-Michel Aulas said he would "in principle" fulfil his contract.
"There's one year left on his contract and there's no reason in principle that things don't carry on as are for the last year of his contract."
