Rami Ashour advanced to the final of the 2014 World Championship in Qatar following his victory over world number two Gregory Gaultier on Thursday.
The 2012 world champion thrashed his opponent 3-0 (17/15, 11/7, 11/5) in 57 minutes.
Ashour will face the winner of the other semis between Nick Matthew and Egyptian Mohamed Elshorbagy in the final.
