Handball: Tunisia defeat Angola in African Cup of Nations (the tournament's official website)
Title contender Tunisia claimed its fifth successive win in the Africa Cup of Nations after defeating Angola 23-21 in the final day of the Africa Cup of Nations' group stage on Tuesday.
The Carthage Eagles gained maximum 15 points from five games to reach the tournament's quarter-final as Group B leaders.
The seven-time African champions struggled against a resilient Angolan side that produced a superb performance in Tuesday's clash especially in the first-half , which ended 13-10 for Angola.
Tunisia will have an easy quarter-final test against Cameroon, fourth of Group A, on Wednesday.
The Nations Cup winner will reach the summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro while the top three will qualify for next year's World Championship in France.
