Mohamed El-Shorbagi has won the El-Gouna International Squash Open tournament after beating France's Gregory Gaultier in the final to snatch the title.
A nervy final meeting, which took 90 minutes to be settled, saw top-seed Shorbagi and world champion Gaultier force a decider after drawing 2-2 in four sets.
Last season's runner-up Shorbagi then managed to beat his fancied opponent to claim the precious title on home soil.
El-Shorbagi is the third Egyptian to win the competition after Karim Darwish and Rami Ashour.
