Egypt has missed out on the chance of winning the PSA Masters in Delhi after its last representative bowed out at the semi-final on Saturday.
Mohamed El Shorbagy, who eliminated compatriot Karim Darwish on Friday, exited the tournament following a 3-0 loss to Frenchman Gregory Gaultier.
Gaultier won the three games 12/10, 11/7 and 11/1 in 53 minutes to set up a final against English player James Willstrop, who beat fellow countryman Peter Barker.
