Zamalek have won their fifth African Super Cup title, after defeating Ahly 21-20 in Cairo on Thursday.

The African champions produced a fine display during the game as they came from one goal down in the first-half (9-10) to win the game.

Keeper Mohamed Ali was the man of the game, giving a heroic performance and achieving multiple saves.

Ahmed El-Ahmar also played a vital role in his side's win, his experience helping the White Knights in the critical moments of the game.

Zamalek will represent Africa in the upcoming IHF Super Globe, which will take place in Qatar in August.
