Egypt's U-19 handball team advances to 16th round of World Championship

Egypt's U-19 handball team beat Hungary, qualifying top of Group B and to the 16th of the 2019 Men's Youth Handball World Championship.

The young Pharaohs secured their seat in the knockout phase today after leading their group with eight points from four victories against Sweden, Chinese Taipei, Canada, and Hungary, respectively. The team lost against France.

The Egyptians are scheduled to play their 16th round match on Wednesday, 2pm, Cairo time (GMT+2).

The Pharaohs will battle against Group A's fourth placed, being either Norway or Slovenia, which will be determined after the latter two compete later today.
