The Specialty Food Festival in Dubai, UAE is currently signing up distributors and specialty food manufacturers for their conference 19 – 21 November, 2012.

The Specialty Food Festival is the forum where gourmet foods and specialty items make it to delight the clients of five-star hotels, high-end restaurants, retail outlets and niche market distributors.

Last year they featured everything from hand-made luxurious French chocolate (dusted with gold), remarkably fresh specialty tea blends, non-alcoholic wines, foie gras, organic foods, etc. The French embassy was also present, playing a face-to-face role in supporting one of their best industries.

The Specialty Foods Festival also featured full days of informative sessions on developments and innovations and chef demonstrations last year. New this year is a Food Trends Conference.

The exhibitions sprawled throughout roughly one quarter of the entire Dubai Conference Centre. This year conference organisers say they have expanded by 150%.
