40 scholarships for archaeologists

The German Archaeological Institute in Cairo has granted a number of scholarships to Supreme Council of Antiquities staff

Within the framework of the mutual collaboration between the German Archaeological Institute in Cairo and the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA), 40 scholarships have been granted to SCA staff.

Mostafa Amin, secretary general of the SCA, said the scholarships aim to train SCA curators, restorers, archaeologists and Egyptologists on the latest methods in the field of heritage preservation.
