Hundreds of Egyptians took to the streets of Cairo singing, dancing and waving flags after the country's football team secured their place in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations finals.

Egypt beat Burkina Faso Wednesday in a  4-3 penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw.
