Police clash with Coptic protesters

Hundreds of Coptic protesters clashed with the police on Wednesday morning.

One killed, more than 50 injured and 122 protesters were rounded up by the police on Wednesday morning, following angry demonstrations in front of the Giza Governorate headquarters. The Copts denounced the decision by the local authorities to stop the construction of a church.
