Ahram Online speaks to voters in the central Cairo neighbourhood of Daher as Egyptians vote to approve or reject a new constitution

There were mixed reactions from voters as Egyptians in 10 governorates take part in a referendum on whether to approve or reject a new constitution.

Residents in the other 17 governorates will vote next Saturday.

Ahram Online visited a number of polling stations in the central Cairo neighbourhood of Daher, where voters appeared to have mixed feelings.

Some said they voted 'yes' in order for the country to get some stabillity, while others rejected the constitution because they had issues with certain articles or viewed the process by which it was written as flawed and divisive.
