Potential presidential candidate Mohamed ElBaradei will visit Freedom and Justice party headquarters Sunday evening after receiving an invitation from the new party affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. According to a statement on the official Freedom and Justice party website, this is to be a friendly visit to discuss the latest developments in Egypt and the revolution.
ElBaradei's media office announced that the meeting between the potential presidential candidate and the leading members of the party is one of a series of meetings with new parties ElBaradei will attend this week, to include the Al Adl and Al Masryeen Al Ahrrar parties.
ElBaradei was one of the few politicans before the revolution to praise the Brotherhood and defend it in both local and international media.
The Brotherhood and its party have not yet announced their support for any presidential candidate and remain opposed to fielding one of their own members.
