Egypt hosts 10th annual conference of Arab Federation of Exchanges

The 10th conference of the Arab Federation of Exchanges (AFE) will be held in Egypt on April 23-24.

The gathering, organized by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) in cooperation with the AFE, is expected to bring together 16 Arab exchanges, more than 500 investment experts, and heads of investment funds from all over the world.

Egypt's Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr, Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait, Minister of Public Business Sector Hisham Tawfiq will be present.

The conference will be shedding the light on current topics of high interest on the International and Arab Markets, said AFE chief Fadi Khalaf in press statements on Monday.

In addition, seminars will be held to discuss a number of issues, topped by financial technology (fintech), artificial intelligence in the money markets, the future of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), other than the role of banks in the economic growth, added Khalaf.
