Under the umbrella of Karisma, Amir Salah Eldine, one of three star singers of Egyptian famous band Black Theama, is acting in and directing a theatre play entitled 'Elli Fahem Yeoul' (Say if You Understand).

The play will be staged at Al-Sawy Culturewheel for four nights starting Friday, 31 May.

Elli Fahem Yeoul is an adaptation by Salah Eldine of a play named 'Gawab' (Letter) by late playwright Nagi George.

Besides his success in Black Theama, with Ahmad Bahr and Mohamed Ado, Amir Salah Eldine frequently appears as an actor in movies and TV series and has a deep-rooted background in theatre.

After originally started acting with Karisma, the winner of many awards was one of the second class of the Actor's Studio workshop of the Cairo Opera House's Creativity Centre that presented the successful show Qahwa Sada (Black Coffee) as their graduation project a decade ago.

In the same venue, Black Theama is holding a concert 6 June.
