The cultural activities have started gradually to reopen in the country. The reopening has included theatres, museums, galleries, national circus, which operate under the culture ministry. In its first stage, the resumption of activities will be open at only 25 percent audience capacity across all venues

The Cairo Opera House announced the opening of the electronic reservation on (https://ticketsmall.com/customer/events/list/) on its theatres in Cairo and Alexandria (Fountain, Open-Air, Sayed Darwish in Alexandria)

Sun 1, 8pm: The Arab Music Heritage Ensemble, conducted by maestro Farouk Albably features singers Ahmed Mohsen, Mohie Salah, Noha Hafez, Angham Mustafa among others.

Fountain Theatre

Sun 1, 8pm: The opening ceremony features singers Nadia Mustafa, Ahmed Ibrahim, Soma, Ghada Adam, Ayaat Farouk, Iman Abdel-Ghany, Ahmed Effat, Yasser Suleiman, Amira Ahmed, Maye Hassan, Sara Sahab, conducted by maestro Selim Sahab

Mon 2, 8pm: Cairo Steps band, led by oud player and musician Bassem Darwish. Singer Ali Al-Helbawi, accompanied by the Cairo Opera Orchestra, conducted by maestro Nayier Nagui. Singer Ali Al-Haggar, accompanied by Misr Voice Orchestra, conducted by maestro Ahmed Atef.  

Tues 3, 8pm: Solo accordion recital by Wael Al-Naggar. A concert features singers Amgad Alaatafy, Carmen Suleiman and Maye Farouk, and conducted by maestro Mustafa Helmy

Wed 4, 8pm: Singing recital by Rehab Metawaa. Solo violin recital by Gehad Aql (Lebanon), Lebanese super star Assy Alhelany, accompanied by Alhefny Group, conducted by maestro Hisham Nabawi

Thurs 5, 8pm: Solo guitar recital by Waheed Mamdouh (Jordan), singer Soma and singer Hany Shaker in concerts, conducted by maestro Mustafa Helmy.

Thurs 29: The closing ceremony of the 13th Samaa International Festival for Spiritual Music and Singing, headed by artist Intisar Abdel-Fattah. Lebanon was chosen as the guest of honor for this edition of the festival, and Umm Kulthum as the character of the festival. The festival features 20 groups some of them belong to the Egyptian church and the others are members of some foreign embassies in Egypt. The activities are held in Salaheddin Citadel, Al-Ghouri Dome, the Coptic Museum, and The Complex of Religions.

Thurs 29, 8pm: A concert celebrating Prophet Mohamed (P.B.U.H) birthday anniversary. 

Fri 30, 8pm: The Egyptian Mawlawiya troupe, led by Sufi chanter Amer Al-Toni, performs Sufi dances and chants.

Sun 1, 9pm: A stand-up comedy show by Com Elde7k featuring the following comedians: Ahmed Mansour, Muaz Abdel-Salam, Hamza Bahaa, Mahmoud Khashaba and Salah Ebadah.  
Mon 2, 9pm: Flamenca band presents a musical instrumental project that focuses on fusion between Spanish music, flamenco and Latin. 

Tues, 8pm: Live online concert features 

Tues 3, 9pm: A Pink Floyd tribute night with Gravy Train.

Thurs 5, 9pm: Rashad Fahim Jazz Trio will perform a mixture of jazz standards and original tunes in a variety of styles including swing Latin and funk jazz. The trio are Rashad Fahim (Piano), Andrew Safwat (Bass), Amir Attalla (Drums).

Thurs 29, 2-9pm: For all fans of Japanese culture (anime) drawing, singing, cosplay, games and play station, don’t miss Japan Anime Festival Cairo.

Fri 30, 8pm: Live show by Mixer band features Zahra Ramy.  

Sat 31, 8pm: Rock music concert with The Invaders band. 

Sun 1, 7.30pm: Singer Ramy Abul-Fotouh in a concert of classical Arab songs. 

Tues 3, 7pm: Voice band, led by Islam Gad

Wed 4, 7pm: Kurdan band, led by artist Ali Al-Mansy, plays all types of music, especially the oriental as well as different cover songs from the 1980’s and 1990’s. 

Thurs 5, 6 and 8pm: El-Sawy Culturewheel Puppet Theatre show revives the old concerts of diva Umm Kolthoum performing two of her much-loved songs.
