Ahly Assistant Coach and Football Director Mohamed Youssef said that the team's upcoming game against Lebanese side Nejmeh in the Arab Championship will not be easy, adding the players are awaiting the fans presence and support to win the match.

The Cairo giants' Ahly will host Nejmeh of Lebanon at Alexandria's Borg El-Arab Stadium in the 32nd round of the Arab Championship on Monday.

"We watched the recent games for Nejmeh and they are a big team," Youssef told Ahly's official website.

"The home and away games against Lebanese Nejmeh won't be easy as some expect," he added.

Football fans have been given the green light to attend Monday's game between Ahly and Nejmeh from the stadium without limits on attendance, unlike the Egyptian Football Association intent to only allow 5,000 fans to attend domestic league matches starting 1 September.

"We hope to have huge number of fans at Alexandria's Borg El-Arab stadium as their support will help Ahly to secure the game and reach the tournament's 16th round," the football director said.
