Liverpool's recent comeback against Barcelona surprised even the Reds’ star winger, Mohamed Salah, who also insisted that he is fit for Sunday's final league match against the Wolverhampton Wanderers.
“It was unbelievable,” the Egyptian international told Liverpoolfc.com on Friday after winning the Standard Chartered Player of the Month award for April.
Despite losing 3-0 against the Spanish giants in the semis' first leg, Liverpool have booked their place in a second consecutive Champions League final after Tuesday's stunning 4-0 home win over Barcelona in the return match.
Salah watched Tuesday's marvellous comeback from the stands, after suffering a concussion in a 3-2 win at Newcastle last weekend.
“Last season we qualified [for the final] in Rome away, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much [as at Anfield]. Now we qualified at our home, so it was unbelievable," Salah said.
“Two times in the final in a row is something unbelievable. I hope this season we’re going to win it," the former Chelsea and Roma player added.
Being just one points behind leaders Man City, Liverpool still have a hope of clinching the Premier League title if they defeat Wolves, and if Manchester City fail to beat Brighton and Hove Albion.
“I will be ready, yes,” concluded the Premier League top scorer Salah about his readiness for Sunday's match.
