Italian side Udinese is reportedly showing interest to sign Egyptian Huddersfield winger Ramadan Sobhi who is currently on loan at Ahly.
Italian newspapers reported that Udinese hopes to sign the 23-year-old talent after the end of his loan to Ahly at the close season.
The Italian club, which are 13th in the Series A table, haven't made any offers yet but they want to sign him this summer, according to Italian reports.
Huddersfield, who are now playing in the English Championship, won’t sell the player for less than €7 million according to reports in the British media.
Sobhi who joined Huddersfield in July 2018 from Stoke City, was on loan to Ahly at the 2019 winter transfer market.
Sobhi has been a revelation in the early stages of the season, scoring five goals in nine appearances as Ahly made an explosive start to the defence of their Egyptian Premier League title.
Doubts hovered over Sobhi's future with the Cairo giants after ending the loan spell, especially after his injury. Despite his desire to resume his European career, he left the door open to extend his stay with Ahly.
The Red Devils see him a priority target but he may be unaffordable seeing the big price tag put on him.
Holders Ahly are at the top of the league table with 49 points, 16 points ahead of second-place Arab Contractors.
