Cameroon striker Vincent Aboubakar is set to leave French side Lorient and join Portuguese giants Porto as both sides have reportedly agreed to terms on the move.
French magazine l'Equipe revealed that the Portuguese officials visited Lorient last Wednesday and tabled a 10-million euro deal for the 22-year old athletic marksman who joined Lorient as a free agent.
Aboubakar has traveled to Portugal on Friday to undergo the medicals ahead of signing a reported lucrative four-year deal.
The young Cameroonian striker made a big impact with Lorient in his debut season scoring 16 goals in the French Ligue 1.
A run that caught the eye of many clubs like Monaco, Hull City and AS Roma but none of them managed to match Porto's bid.
Aboubakar also featured with Cameroon in their disappointing 2014 World Cup campaign but seemed one of promising players to lead the new generation in the post-Samuel Eto'o era.
