Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady back in Egypt squad for CAN 2015 qualifiers against Senegal and Tunisia
Egypt coach Shawky Gharib has named six foreign-based played in his squad for the upcoming African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Senegal and Tunisia.
Hull City winger Ahmed Elmohamady returns after missing the Botswana matches due to injury.
The roster also includes Chelsea forward Mohamed Salah, Basel duo Mohamed El-Neny and Ahmed Hamoudi, Umm Salal right back Ahmed Fathi and Ahly Jeddah left back Mohamed Abdel-Shafi.
The Egypt-based squad members will be announced after the 8th match of the Egyptian Premier League season on 5 November.
Egypt are set to face Senegal on 15 November, four days before playing Senegal in the fifth and sixth qualifying matches.
The Pharaohs, who won three Nations Cups on the trot before failing to reach two successive tournaments in 2012 and 2013, are third in Group G with six points. Tunisia are top with 10 points, three more than second-place Senegal.
