An Egyptian political movement called We Are the Nation (Ehna Al-Watan) has filed a ‎complaint with the prosecutor-general against interim Prime Minister Essam Sharaf, his deputy ‎Yehia El-Gamal and former premier Abdel Aziz Hegazy, head of the National Dialogue ‎committee. The trio are accused in the suit of squandering public funds as the National ‎Dialogue is “completely useless.” ‎

We Are the Nation called on the prosecutor-general to look into the dialogue's budget for financial irregularities. ‎

The National Dialogue is a series of invitation-only forums between political movements and ‎the interim government.‎
