Egypt will participate in an Egyptian cultural festival in Algeria that aims to build relations between the two countries

Algeria is hosting an Egyptian delegation of 50 key figures for cultural cooperation in the Egyptian cultural week in Algeria, which takes place during the first days of July in the Islamic cultural capital of Talisman. Heading the delegation is Hossam Nassar, the culture ministry's director of external relations.

The Egyptian embassy in Algeria has announced the program, which includes the theatrical performance Chaise Longue, a screening of Ahmed Abdalla’s independent film Microphone and several documentary films about the history of the Egyptian man, as well as a concert by the Alexandrian band Massar Egbary.

The ministry's press release noted that participation in the festival is a move to build relations with Algeria in all fields, especially in culture.
