Italian club Bologna bid for Zamalek rising star Fathi: Reports

Zamalek are reportedly asking for at least 4 millions euros for Fathi

Zamalek have received an offer from Italian outfit Bologna to land their attacking midfielder Mostafa Fathi, Italian and Egyptian media reported on Tuesday.

"Bologna have made an official offer of 400 thousand euros to land Fathi from Zamalek on a one-year loan-deal," the player's agent Ahmed Yehia told Egyptian sports news website Filgoal on Tuesday.

The offer includes a buy-out option for a further 600,000 euros according to the agent.

However, it seems an offer far below Zamalek's expectations as according to Italian website tuttomercatoweb, the defending champions are asking for at least 4 million euros.

The 22-year international winger Fathi joined Zamalek in 2013 and won three trophies with them, two Egypt Cups and one Egyptian Premier League.

He made a huge impact with his blistering speed and dazzling skills especially his Robben-like cutting inside from the right onto his left foot to strike on goal.

Bologna ended last season 14th in the Serie A league.
