Egypt's Karim Abdel-Gawad set up a semi-final meeting with compatriot Omar Mosaad after easing past another Egyptian, Tarek Moemen, 3-0 (11-5, 11-4 and 11-6) in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.

World number 6 Abdel-Gawad needed only 40 minutes to secure his place in the semis of the $100,000 tournament.

He will face Mosaad after the latter beat compatriot Zahed Mohamed 3-0 later in the day.

Another all-Egyptian semi-final will see World number one Mohamed El-Sorbagy face Ali Farag on Thursday.
