Syrian family who sued Trump warms to life in Wisconsin

A Syrian family who reunited after suing President Donald Trump over his travel bans is now settling into life in Wisconsin.

The woman who escaped Aleppo with her 3-year-old daughter to join her husband in Madison tells The Associated Press that she feels like she's dreaming "because an impossible thing became possible."

The couple's daughter is enjoying trips to Chuck E. Cheese's, going on walks without hearing gunshots and time with her father after not seeing him for three years.

A judge had barred Trump from enforcing his order banning travel from seven countries against the family and the federal government later expedited visa interviews for the wife and daughter, leading to a cheerful reunion in Chicago's O'Hare airport.
