Egyptian football side Pyramids have announced the signing of Brazilian attacking midfielder Rodriguinho Marinho on a reported three-year contract for $6 million.
The former Corinthians midfielder Rodriguinho joined Brazil's national team in two games in 2017.
The 30-year-old midfielder is the Pyramids' fifth Brazilian signing this summer after landing forward Keno, midfielder Arthur Melo, winger Lucas Moura, and midfielder Carlos Eduardo. However the team is expected to offload one of them as the Egyptian regulations allow the registration of four foreign players in the squad.
The new Egyptian franchise football team Pyramids, believed to be owned by Saudi Minister of Sports Turki Al-Sheikh, has been undertaking a recruitment drive to strengthen its ranks ahead of the upcoming season.
